Update

Tyler's fever has dropped from 103 (with Tylenol I might add) to 100.  She is not eating great but at almost 24 pounds, we aren't too concerned.  We just put her to sleep so it is off to eat dinner.  I will try and post a few new pictures this evening.

I am so glad that she is feeling better, Motrin and Tylenol alternating seems to do the trick with high fevers. jack taught us that.
